to delete only the value a "-" will be enough, copy this on your regtweaks.reg file.

for entire keys you can use:

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]

notice the "-" after the bracket

plz do not use that in this case! it will erase all your startup programs including some AV!
