X-Ecutioner Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 I'm planning on buying a Ximeta Netdisk lan/usb2 external drive. I will be using a winpe cd I made to boot from (because my laptop wont boot from usb). What I want to know is when I am running winpe, will I be able to access my usb2 drive? Also, I have a copy of winpe running off my harddrive. Can I install the Ximeta software successfully in winpe and run it?
likuidkewl Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Yes you will be able to access your USB HD, and most of the time at 2.0 speed as well. I do it all the time at work. Now as for the software who knows, you will have to try and see.
