Some Programs don't install from cdrom?

Hey guys, I had all my programs installing from the hard drive using $oem$ $1 way. After I had all of them done and working right, I wanted to convert them to run from the cdrom so setup doesn't have to copy all the files over to the hard drive. Everything went smooth except a couple programs aren't installing right running them from the cd. The programs are Logitech mouseware and itouch software, and the net framework 1.1 software.

Anyone of any ideas why not? I've looked around and didn't see any info on this. Thanks for any help.

i have never gotten the .netframework to work from the cd, kept asking for a cd, i would let it install from the harddrive.
