I am having problems connecting on to any P2P network such as E-mule, Kazaa, soul seek, anything. I can't get onto mIRC either. Any ideas? I have disabled the firewall on SP2 so I dunno what else to do.

This has to be a firewall problem, are you really sure that you've disabled it..

Windows firewall perhaps. It probably isen't the connection limit though since you can't even connect.

I'm about 97% sure i've totally disabled it unless there is something else I don't know about. In the windows security center it says that the firewall is off. Any ideas?

perhaps tcpip.sys?
