I have received this critical error everytime i'm trying to rightclick MyComputer - Properties ..., as :

rundll32.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application mayfix this problem.

May i have some advanced for this error please.......

This file resides in C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem..

Try to copy that file from Window XP CD in that directory
