how do i start a dvd where the software is stored as described on your web site?

my winxp starts only in the safe mode.

in order to repair i wanted to reinstall it - on the dvd is exactly the file struture as described on your web site. the win xp setup starts by itself but how for example do i start the cmdlines.txt

hope i could explain it correctly - i am obviously not such a great win xp user any help is appreciated
