Taskbar at the top of the screen

Hi. I have moved my taskbar from the classic position ( horizontaly at the bottom) to the top of the screen

When i reset the computer or log off, the next time i log back on the taskbar returns to the old postition. Is there a registery tweak which will but the taskbar in the place the user wants it and the computer remembers.

I have searched the forum but no luck

So anyhelp would be great
