Minus Human Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 has anybody encountered the problem that symantec antivirus ver9 slows down your windows 98 Machine ?we replaced it with 9 after running 8.1 without problems and it just hogs system performance by atleast 70% .what is up with that ??Minus Human

Because a virus is not the same as Anti-Virus, LOL.
