new folders and moving shortcuts in the startmenu

Any ideas, i like to break down entrys from the program list into seprate folders like cd burning apps,image editors,audio tools etc .could i add a command somewhere to this?

eg.move the shortcut in start>programs>dvd decrypter to

start>prgrams>new folder here>dvd decrypter

any help would be apreciated but if it too stupid just tell me

use MD to create new directories, and MOVE to move the directories into the new ones... Works for me.

i have attached my reboot.cmd, it is a work in progress (cause i am always changing things) but it will give u an idea.
