i have to format a windows xp home "laptop" but i cant use a floppy because it didnt come with one errrr anyone know how i can format this thing

yeah boot off your XP CD and either restore or format/reinstall

If you still need boot floppies, here you go:

If you have the file WIN51IC.SP1 in the root of the cd, you should get the ones for SP1 integrated.
