Startup Control Panel

Looking for the switches for Startup Control Panel, I read somewhere that there's some sort of thing I can download to help me find the switches, somewhere on the forum, I've used the search and can't find it.

Is it mlin's Startup Control Panel? This only installs one file, so all you need to do is take out startup.cpl from the System32 folder and put this in \$OEM$\$$\System32\

in that case, placing Startup.cpl on XPCD\$OEM$\$$\System32 it's enough

I've gone one step further and compressed it, put it in I386 and added it to DOSNET.INF and TXTSETUP.SIF.
