Is there anyway to parsing .sif files in vb?

In fact, i want to write my selected items (checkboxes, radiobutton,...) in a textbox and next generate my sif file

Here is an idea.. why don't you tell us what a *.Sif is, what it holds and what format it is in. It is clear that you haven't done any homework and want a ParseSif() function or something!
