Help on Search function

When I search for something and the results return a topic with 50 pages for example, how do I know on which page to look?

Example:

I am searcing for WINNT32A in the Unattended Windows forum.

The Search Engine return:

Completed XP Setup Screens (Pages 1 2 3 ...48 )

Do I now have to look through all 48 pages to find the relevant message?
