SP2 TCP/IP connection fix

I have the updated tcpip fix that will allow unlimited connections. it's a tcpip.sys file. i'm making a unattended boot sp2 incorped cd. in order to apply this new .sys, i need to overwrite it in the system32\drivers folder. could i just put it in $$\system32\drivers in the $OEM$ folder? how do i make sure it overwrites the original? thanks

Perhaps you need to do a search for tcpip, or to look better. There's even a sticky on the patched DLLs and many threads about it...

just use makecab in cmd then drop'em in I386 folder. In case if you dont know how to use make cab. Command should look like this

makecab tcpip.sys

output should be tcpip.sy_

Be sure you disable SFC if you're using non-microsoft's hotfixes.
