md10md Posted August 15, 2004 Posted August 15, 2004 After I've slipstreamed SP2 into both xp home and pro, when I go to install it, it keeps prompting me to install drivers that aren't signed even though I set it to "DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore". Here's what it's doing:
ml20 Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 where did you get SP2 from, because that shouldn't happen.
unreal33 Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 Did you "nlite" your windows? It is a known error of nlite 0.98.7Then try the new version of nlite....
md10md Posted August 16, 2004 Author Posted August 16, 2004 Yup i did do it with nlite version .98.7 beta. Thanks for the help! I'll go try the newer version.
mlu Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 I slipstreamed sp2 in the classic way bat it keep sp1a files too (win51ip.sp1, sp1.cab, sp1.cat) Is this right?
md10md Posted August 16, 2004 Author Posted August 16, 2004 Damnit, it still doesn't work. Except now during the text setup it says something about value 0 at [setupdisksfiles] (something like that) in sp2.cab. Gah this is getting annoying, SP1 used to be so easy to slipstream.
