windows XP SP2 DEP ?

How do you set the new DEP option in xp-sp2 to allow all programs instread of the default setting, can this be set through the registry if so what is the reg tweak or can it be changed by changing an ini file ????? PS i have read you can set it via the boot.ini file but i cant seem to find this file.

If you use Pentium, the SP2 DEP will not support until end of 2004.

Me?? I will wait or I still buy Pentium.
