1) What does "Profiles Path" mean? What do i have to enter here?

2) Which unattended mode do I have to choose, if i don't want to enter any information during setup, a want to enter it now.

Do i have to click "Next" buttons during GUI installation of Windows XP or it will be already automated?

Thanx.

Question Title: Windows user profile path

asked by xtremebytes2002 on 06/29/2004 10:02AM PDT

How do I change the windows user profile paths on Windows XP? For example, by default, this is C:\Documents and Settings, but suppose I want this to be on a separate partition or a network drive, how do I go about it. I am sure I saw something somewhere in the Administrative Tools: might be Group Policy edit but I can't remember. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

thats what I found on google=)

I just wanted to show you that profile path is used for "documents and settings"
