Now I have the links from the ICST Forum in Taiwan, there is a post about the patch.. I am not sure that patch will let Windows XP SP2 to 30 connections at the same time. so I wanna ask if that is true or not?

This patch is really not needed. Programs can make more then 10 connections, compared to what has been reported on the net. Anyway, see the post linked to above.

There is a new version (2.0c vs. 2.0b) on lvllord's site. Note, on his site the reference to "half-open" connections. It will have a purpose and use to some people, but many people will not really need it.
