internet explorer -new page

Question, How can i, when i allready have opened the internet explorer. Via an shortcut on the desktop thats goes to uuhh www.msfn.org opening an new internet explorer, and not the one that is allready opened. So when i click the shortcut, the orginal page that is www.nu.nl, NOT to be changed to www.msfn.org. But it must be opened in an new explorer.
