How do i make a two disk installtion one xp with all the serivce pack and at the end of disk one the installtion will ask for disk number two which will install office and service pack 2?

Why not integrate that all into one cd? If you feel like giving nlite a try, it can slipstream sp2 into your original xp or xpsp1 cd plus remove tons of things that aren't of any use to you. Then you can follow the guides at unattended.msfn.org to slipstream office as well (all on one cd even).

nlite isnt good , becouse it gives me xp the minimal installtion without drivers and without nothing. and with the guide i manage to make a installtion of 516 MB so not much space left (office+sp2)

you dont have to install SP2 when yuo install from cd. Just slipstream SP2 into yuor XP CD with nLite...
