FthrJACK
thats a government address, they have no doubt become sick of it anyhow and wiped the account or disabled email from unknown scources.you can block most spam in outlook using message rules, and tell it to auto wipe messages that contain certain words in the subject line or content, eg delete any email with the word "mortgage" or "viagra" in the subject line, also block "xxx" and "horny teen"(how comes i always get the latter ones?? )look at message rules in outlook express, make sure you tell it to delete the mails, or create a new folder on the mailbox and tell it to send mails with those "banned" words you set to the folder, then you can check it every now and again and check for any mail accidently sent there, anything else u can delete manually if your worried about getting things deleted by mistake, depends what words you apply rules to.http://www.spamcop.net is usefull as is:http://www.spamhaus.orgif you need anymore help just ask and welcome to msfn bluebird!
