I can't import my registry backup

i messed up with the registry but b4 i did it, i backuped it.

my "messing" screwed my pc big time, now when i'm try to import my backup,

i get an error massage that says :

"Cannot import C:\regbackup.reg : error accessing registry"

i also tried to open regedit and go File > Import but i get the same error massage.

i really need to import this backup, i'll be thankfull 4 your guys help.
