MCT Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 in your winnt.sif file do u have the line OemPreinstall=Yes regards
Vann Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 Did you set OemPreinstall="Yes" in your winnt.sif file?
prathapml Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 Could you attach your winnt.sif (with the key blanked out)? Most likely, you have missed out the following setting:[Unattended] OemPreinstall=YesThat is the value which governs whether files in $OEM$ get copied to HDD.If you have set it properly, then check if the directory structure is proper. See if your $OEM$ folder is directly in your CD-root (i.e., it should be parallel, not beneath the I386 folder). Also, see if you have a $1 folder within $OEM$ - the $1 folder should have all the files as you want it on your C: drive. Check whether your CD-writing application has changed all the "$" characters into "_" (i.e., under-score) characters.EDIT : gotta be faster. In the few minutes that was taken by me to respond, there were already 2 replies, which said what I was going to!
Alanoll Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 does any of you three think it's anything ELSE? 3 people saying the same thing. NICE. lol.@RambeauxI believe they're on the right track. Do check your winnt.sif file.
