How to reduce size of Unattended CD?

I have my Windows XP files copied to my hard disk so I can begin to develop my Uattended installation.

I would like to know how I can reduce this in size?

I assume the $OEM$ and i386 directories are the important ones.

But what about the other files and directories? Which ones can I safely delete?

you can saftly delete whats on that page and save up to 159mb but if you want to drop it down more try nlite or josh's method or jdblock

You could also compress your drivers and expand them a @ t-39. I saved ~70Mb like this!
