woooooooooo........you dont do anything with the ME disk. You put the XP disk in while your in windows. and follow what I posted above, when the XP installation ask for verifacation of a exsiting operating system thats when you take out the xp cd and put in the ME disk. It will check the disk , see you have a legit copy and then cont to install XP.
