SiMoNsAyS Posted August 25, 2004 Author Posted August 25, 2004 @Sparky1, a utility from maxtor, Powermax. works from DOS and i don't like that type of applications, they are not fully compatible with SATA drives.@Marsden i don't want to hand down M$. i'm still looking for a 3rd party app@teigns, best defragmenter... ok, i'll take a look, but what i need it's "the best bad sectors scanner" @tomdekoning, note taked, i'll try to change my cable with the other one that comes with the mobo.@turbomcp, dunno if it's a hd problem but i want to erase posibilities of hangs also i'll check for winternals enterprise defrag but i need a 3rd party scandiskthat's all (i think )
