Message: "Open File - Security Warning"

Installing applications on Windows XP SP2, I get a window/message "Open File - Security Warning" on the screen when launching the installer/setup program.

The message says "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" It also displays Name, Publisher, Type and From. I can choose between two alternatives - Run and Cancel.

I only get this message on a few setup programs:

- Core FTP Pro 1.3b: I get the message

- Core FTP Lite 1.3b: NO message

- SpybotSD 1.3: I get the message

- WinZip 9.0: NO message

Does anyone know why this message appear (new feature of SP2?), how it's controlled, etc. It's quite irritating because it makes my automatic/unattended setup manual. :)
