I have been trying to get a multi boot dvd with xp pro, and 2003 server, but have not have any luck. I can get XP to boot fine, but when i try 2003, I just get a blackscreen and nothing happens. Can someone tell me how to make this dvd?

My win server 2003 standard edition starts normal but after a while it wants a disc in drive a: to continue the setup

you're missing the IDENT file from the root of the disc. They're the files WIN51 and the like at the root of your original CD. Copy those over.

but there are already the files of the xp root folder

You need the file specific to the version of Server 2003 you're trying to install. For Standard I believe its WIN51IS.
