Curv Boll
Hello, hope some1 can help,i am still on super slow dial up and have several email accounts, some for junk and some for real.In the junk accounts i often cant download all the mail and get errors simply because of the amount and size of the emails in there. So i telnet into the account and remove the large emails. then i can downloadthe rest without problem. My question is though......is there a telnet command that allows me to flush the account and totally delete everything?Or do i need another app to do this??any help, much appreciatedC.B
ME2U
There are options on email client applications that allows you to download the header only when email size is larger than 50Kb or something you specify. In outlook, it is on options, mail setup tabs, under send/receive options, then click edit. I'm sure I have seen this in other mail clients such as outlook express too.
