aKaFrEE Posted July 17, 2002 Posted July 17, 2002 that would be the best idea...sounds like sum1 having a little fun with ya...heh..666
sedative Posted July 17, 2002 Posted July 17, 2002 it's no trojan. somebody is just having a little fun with you. do this...open a command prompt (start->run->command)type "net send <ip> <message>" (without the quotes) you'll see the box pop up.the Bill Gates part is just his computer's name.try sending it to yourself and you'll see what i'm talking about.
xit Posted July 18, 2002 Posted July 18, 2002 hahaha what a mad trick! Im just wondering, how come it doesn't send to others?Do they need to have MSN installed or be on XP?Works when i send to myself, but not others.
Blackwar Posted July 18, 2002 Posted July 18, 2002 its exactly what sed said.. he sometimes sends me those messages to get on msn, lol
FthrJACK Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 you can send to other people, but they have to be on an NT based operating system, with no firewall !id suggest you download kerio from http://www.kerio.com its free for home users
