Tested it, and I can't install any ZAP 6.5.x series :S

Did exactly the same with 6.1.744.001 and it works perfect! :S

used this switch for both installations (also tested without the config file):
/s /i /noreboot /lickey XXXXXXX.....XX #SourceDrive#\$OEM$\Apps\ZoneAlarm\config.xml
Using the runonce system I have used these commands and it works fine. No need to add registry setting or copy and paste lic files. Works with V6.0667000

REG ADD %KEY%\137 /VE /D "Zonealarm 6" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\137 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\install\Apps\Zone_Alarm_6\zapSetup60667000.exe /s /noreboot /lickey xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\137 /V 2 /D "%CDROM%\install\Apps\Zone_Alarm_6\config.xml
Thx, but that wasn't the problem. I can install all versions of ZAP, except for 6.5 and newer (the latest 2 versions of ZAP)
I have used these cmds in runonceex forever. works every time.

REM ZoneAlarm Pro
REG ADD %KEY%\160 /VE /D "ZoneAlarm Pro" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\160 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\Apps\ZoneAlarm\zaSuiteSetup.exe /s /noreboot" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\160 /V 2 /D "Taskkill /F /IM zclient" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\160 /V 3 /D "REGEDIT /S %cdrom%\Apps\ZoneAlarm\ZaPro.reg" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\160 /V 4 /D "REGEDIT /S %cdrom%\Apps\ZoneAlarm\ZaPro1.reg" /f

newer version of ZAP is out now, will test that one later this day (or tomorow)

Hope this one works! It's typical ZAP to bring out so many new versions (with bugfixes) if a newer version is out :P

EDIT: Didn't work either, I did a CLEAN, mannual install on a CLEAN and Fresh installed XP, but ZAP doesn't seem to work...

Im after a switch/mod/hack that will allow me to install it silently to c:\appz\zonealarm - instead of its default...
I have seen some switches about, could someone help me with them!?

What does :
/s - Is this silent?
/i - What is this?
/noreboot - doesn't restart
/lickey xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - your lience...

but what does .xml do?
