Active Partition

Hi

I have 2 partitions installed on my HD. Windows 98 and Windows XP.

Now if I want to delete the Windows 98 partition, how can I set the Windows XP partition as the Active Partition???

From within WindowsXP, right click 'My Computer' and choose 'Properties'

next, choose the 'Advanced' tab

next, under 'Startup and Recovery' choose the 'Settings' box

then choose WindowsXP as the default operating system.

This isnt refered to as an 'active partition'

but i do believe this was the answer you seek.
