IE plugins, extensions....?

Hi all,

I have been using IE for a long time, and i like it, it is simple to use.. but i have been seeing that firefox, and other browsers have alot of features than IE which i like but it is hard to get used to and configure.. do you know of any website that has addons, plugins, or extensins for IE? i don't want to switch to another browser
