How to convert bin/iso to an ima (or start it)

How can you do this? Converting the iso to a bin file is easy, but how do you start it?

it's an linux bootfile for changing paswords on an nt-system

so I like to know how

It won't work converting the iso, you'll either have to use the floppy version or just copy the files to your cd and copy the pertinant isolinux config information.
