likuidkewl Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 I know in XP you can modify this well in PE, I cannot seem to figure out how to do it, what happens is when you mount the software.hiv and go to th correct set of keys, the string value is not there, but when you boot-up pe and look again you will see it has been created. So does anyone know which file makes this happen, I have gone through the setupreg.hiv and the software.hiv and i am at a loss.
