knewman01 Posted June 27, 2004 Posted June 27, 2004 Following the info from the sticky post:Microsoft Money 2004Install Switch: syspack.msi /qnInstall Switch: money.msi /qn BOOTSTRAPPERLAUNCH=yesThe syspack installs just fine. When I try to execute the money.msi, appending the BOOTSTRAPPERLAUNCH section just kicks up a help window.Anyone have this working sucessfully?
ODC Posted June 27, 2004 Posted June 27, 2004 I have it working from RunOnceEx.cmd:REG ADD %KEY%\022 /VE /D "Microsoft Money 2004" /fREG ADD %KEY%\022 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\Applications\Money2004\syspack.msi /qn" /fREG ADD %KEY%\022 /V 2 /D "%CDROM%\Applications\Money2004\money.msi /qn BOOTSTRAPPERLAUNCH=yes" /f
knewman01 Posted June 27, 2004 Author Posted June 27, 2004 Confirmed...it's working. The problem was that it was missing files. And now that I've seen it's a 90meg addition to my CD, I've run it through InstallRight...now a much more manageable 28M.Thanks for the response!
WwTIPPYwW Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 how did you get it so small? I did a standard install thru InstallRite and it was 92mb - down from 112mb.I've got Money 2004 Deluxe.
