I need help with a command line command

In my main batch script i need to have it so when it come to one application it opens a seperate command line window running my second script.

Whats the command i need for this. Proably very basic but i have no idea.

I don't know wether this is the solution you need:

Create a separate cmd file for each app, then put strings for those cmds in the main cmd.
