MP3 reg tweak for WMP

I am pretty sure that someone on this site has a reg tweak that enables WMP to burn to mp3. I downloaded it once and now I cant find it!!! Please if anyone reads this and knows where I can find this reg tweak, pm me or reply. Thank you!!
