MS Outlook 2002 (there is no disk in the drive)

i have a strange proplem in outlook 2002

when i open it and after send and recieve messages it gave me a message told me that there is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into drive a

and i make cancel or try again or contenu and it appear again

can anyone told me how to fix this

do you put the cd in when it tells you to?

if you do and you still get the message try installing outlook again.

Try going to the Home Page tab and restore defaults.

It's probably looking for a pst or some other file off the floppy drive.

Or probably didn't finish the setup properly... Maybe u need to reinstall.
