Sgt_Strider
All my other drivers installed correctly, but my monitor driver. I store all my drivers in the $OEM$\$1\drivers folder which are placed within the filecd folder. My monitor, LG Flatron 915 FT Plus, has only 3 files and I placed the .inf files in a folder within the driver directory named 004_monitor. I don't understand what's going on? Can anyone here help me? Thx
GillouStyle03
TutorialThis seems to explain everything."Open up winnt.sif and add these two lines under the [unattended] section (the paths to the drivers are an example for this guide, so simply replace with your own):OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\000_intel_INF;Drivers\001_gigabit_LAN;Drivers\002_monitor"DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore "but it says "Not all drivers installations will work using this method" ..so you might be unlucky and use another way? Radimus
in the drivers folder:$OEM$\$1\drivers\004_monitor\*.infwinnt.sif"OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\000_Chipset;Drivers\004_monitor"
Sgt_Strider
I guess my first post wasn't very specific...Anyway, the monitor drivers, including the .inf file are placed in my 004_monitor folder. I also added the line, OemPnPDriversPath="004_monitor" to my winnt.sif file. DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore and still my monitor driver fails to install correctly. What's going on? I know the drivers does work because I can install them manually.
GreenMachine
I believe it has something to do with the fact that the video driver must be completly in place before the monitor can be detected. Something like that ... Workaround is here:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showto...ndpost&p=144638
