ZoSTeR
Seem's like uncle Norton is eating all your memory Try installing NAV at the end or get a leaner anti virus app.And what app are you installing at that moment? The name is obfuscated in the screenshot. How much physical memory do you have?

DarkPhoenix
Um... hold on a little.. It may be just me, but isn't that RunOnce running a little too early? I always thought it was supposed to be running on the first startup.. My guess is that the Windows Setup part doesn't allocate too much Virtual Memory, so that it fails when you try to use regular programs in it, this excessively.. this might be wrong, I'm just talking of what I'm used to. wildchild
OR it's just a crappy VM configuration However, DarkPhoenix has a point, and I think so too...
Ge0ph
I was thinking the same thing and "Why is Norton running during setup anyway?" Maybe it should be installing but not running.
