is there such a program?

since im not a programmer, i dont know the first thing about code, so i was wondering, is there a GUI based tool i can download

what i wanna do is start a service, then an application i can do it by batch file, but thats kinda old anyone know of anything?

Well there are several automation/macro programs out there:

Automate, WinBatch, EZ Macros...

Look here.

The problem is that most of them don't compile stand alone exes.

Try AutoIt. If you read the help file you'll see that programming ain't that hard.

At least when it's no C syntax
