I´m getting this «Explorer has caused an error in ALXTBI.DLL»

It crashes my computer all the time.

I´m a freelance designer and I can´t work.

If you know what is this, I´d appreciate your help and might deliver some work you might need as my thanks for your help.

Here it is what it shows up:

«Explorer has caused an error in ALXTBI.DLL

Explorer will now close

If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer»

Well, I have done that, also ran Norton Utilities and still have this problem.

Please help if you know what it is. Thanks. :)
