Disable background (wallpaper) in 95

hi,

can anyone help me with disabling the background in 95 machines? i don't want people changing the wallpaper. In 2000, i do it through MMC but i can't find how to do it in the 95 version.

any helps would be great

theirs probly a registry tweak for it.. 95 is old tho :|

try searching the forum, or even some tweaking sites
