  1. Disabling users changing the mouse cursor

    I'd like to be able to disable anyone changing the mouse cursor on our win2k systems at work. I'd like to be able to disable the mouse pointer tab in the mouse control panel or grey it out. I can't seem to see anything in the registry other than not showing the mouse/keyboard in the control panel, through not showing the main.cpl. The trouble with this is it then takes away all the other tabs with the user might need. any clue?

  2. Disable background (wallpaper) in 95

    hi, can anyone help me with disabling the background in 95 machines? i don't want people changing the wallpaper. In 2000, i do it through MMC but i can't find how to do it in the 95 version. any helps would be great
