IBM ServeRAID-5i Ultra320 SCSI controller

I am tryinging to incorporate the above SCSI drivers into a Windows 2000 server unattended build.

I have tried placing the required files in the following folders but unfortunately, they are not being found:

$OEM$\$1\drv\5i

$OEM$\textmode

[unattended]

DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore

UnattendMode=FullUnattended

OemSkipEula=Yes

OemPreinstall=Yes

TargetPath=\WINNT

OemFilesPath=C:\drv

OemPnPDriversPath="drv\5i"

Any useful suggestions ??????????????

suggestion #1, try looking in device drivers, theirs a big section on raid/scsi drivers
