I updated some of the hotfixes few days ago, Since then i get a message box at t-13 stage that says "Install DA Hotfix?" and has the title "xpcreate da repack". I have to click yes and ok later for setup to continue? What can i do to automatically intall it?

You are seing that message because a file previously repacked by XPCREATE is being called at the wrong time. In other words, you put something in the wrong place. Check the Web Site for a list of Current hotfixes and the correct file size.
