slipstreaming mce into xp

I have a normal windows xp home edition. (dutch) Can i slipstreaming windows mce into windows xp home edition? I found a cab file in the cd off windows mce. When i extract the file and open the map i found a file called ESchell.exe but he dont work.

So i hope that some one can help me.

I'm pretty sure you can't for a number of reasons.

1. Windows XP MCE uses the Pro version of Windows XP, not the home.

2. I'm not sure that that there is even a dutch version of Windows XP MCE

3. There are probably many changes in the OS to allow for it to work properly

It would be more than one cab file and I'd say it's not worth your trouble. Point 1 would be the biggest problem you'll come across because it runs on the Pro version, not the home version.

if it is run only on the pro version then is it no problem i have the pro version to. but there is no mce version dutch. but when i install mce the complete instalation is the same as the pro version. (even the boot.ini is the same as pro) only when the instalation is finist transformatin pro to mce. so i think that it is posible to fix it. (even as the dutch version off pro)

so i hope that samebody know how i have to do it.
