Limited User Account

I know how to make a administrators account but how do I set up a limited users account.

When you create user accounts via the command prompt, XP creates limited users by default. That is why you need:

net localgroup Administrators username /add

Simply leave the above codeline out when creating user accounts.

it's not what your looking to but if you want to test it naming your PC the same as your user will create that account limited
