Installing applications. Can I do this?

can i do like this in my sif file:

[GuiRunOnce]

%systemdrive%\install\hotfixes\hotfixes.cmd

%systemdrive%\install\applications\application.cmd

So I have a cmd file in my hotfixes folder and another one in my application folder????
